The Simple Things

I was lucky enough to spend three months in Mozambique recently where I made friends with some little ladies, living in a children's home.

At the end of the my time there some friends and I threw a pamper party for the girls, we made chocolate treats out of cheap biscuits and cocoa. We listened to music and did mini manicures and pedicures on each one, using my one pink polish.

These little girls could not stop smiling and told us that we had made them feel like beautiful princesses. I love that something so simple can make us gals feel our most beautiful.

There are only so many hours in the day, and right now for me, there are not enough.
